Raw PP material is sorted, cleaned and ground to a homogeneous size.
Contaminants are removed through intensive washing lines and moisture is extracted.
Molten polymer is purified through 120-mesh filtration.
Every batch is tested for MFI, density and ash content.

Abar Plastik is a granule production facility in Gaziantep, Turkey, manufacturing black PP (recycled polypropylene) granules. Granules are our only business — that is why we work to be the best at it.
With our extrusion lines, high filtration capacity and batch-level laboratory controls, we produce consistent raw material that runs smoothly in injection machines.
